Privacy policy

What we store

We store a hashed account identifier. Votes include topic, choice and date; comments include nickname, text and date. Reports include reason, comment reference, date and identifier. Private requests include category, topic, message, date, reply and identifier. These support participation, request handling and protection against duplicate submissions and abuse.

The site does not separately collect commenters' email, IP address or profile picture. An email supplied by the sign-in provider is used only transiently to authorize the operator; it is neither stored nor published.

Who can see it

People with site access can read comment nicknames and text. Votes are displayed only in aggregate. Requests and replies are visible only to their sender and authorized operators, with no email delivery. We do not sell user data.

Retention and deletion

We retain information while needed for participation and request handling. You can withdraw your vote, delete your comments and remove private request content. Deleted content is removed immediately; minimal duplicate-request and rate-limit records may remain to protect the service. Sign in to Contact for access, correction or deletion requests.

Hosting, cookies and advertising

Hosting and sign-in use OpenAI/Sites infrastructure. Providers may process essential cookies and operational records, such as IP addresses, under their own policies.

Google AdSense code is included on this site. Google and its advertising partners may process information about visits using cookies and similar technologies. Google’s information on data use and Ads Settings explain these practices and provide personalized advertising settings.

Advertising and affiliate disclosure

Advertising is currently being prepared pending approval. External purchase links take you to the seller’s site, where subsequent information processing follows that seller’s privacy policy.
