What we’re comparing

Viewing conditions on PC and mobile, based on official help pages checked on September 11, 2026. Features for different devices or paid products are kept separate.

Ads, replays and sports coverage need separate comparisons

Guidance checked on September 11, 2026 says CHZZK’s Cheat Key removes pre-roll and mid-roll ads from live streams and replays, and screen banner ads. SOOP QuickView Plus removes live entry ads and VOD video ads, but excludes items such as live mid-roll, banners and Catch ads. The product name alone does not mean that every ad disappears. July monthly app users were reported as 4.74 million for CHZZK and 2.37 million for SOOP. People may use both, and web viewers are excluded, so adding them cannot produce market share. App usage time for June 8–14 covers a separate period; dividing those hours by July users would not give a valid viewing time per person.

On September 10, NAVER announced CHZZK coverage plans for the Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games. App notes state a membership condition for higher-quality live coverage. This does not verify SOOP’s coverage or conditions for the same event, so it cannot support “CHZZK exclusive” or “SOOP is not showing it.” [17·18·19]

What else to know

The paid products differ in the types of ads they remove. [11] [12] We could not verify matching conditions for multiview in CHZZK’s standard mobile app, so this is not an established difference. Unverified does not mean unavailable.

Facts we checked

SOOP’s two-stream mobile multiview requires QuickView Plus. [9] Its limit of four simultaneous streams on PC is described separately. [10] CHZZK’s XR multiview instructions do not establish support in its standard mobile app. [8]
